Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

UK Shipping

We offer reliable UK delivery options at checkout.
Shipping times vary depending on the service selected.

Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where applicable).

EU & International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations, including the EU.

International customers are responsible for:

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • Any additional charges applied by their local customs office

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Throttle Vision is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying additional postage to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided for all services that include tracking.
Some international services may have limited tracking depending on the destination.
